Important findings

The obligate parasitesPhyllactinia coryleaandA. morihad little effect on sprouting percentage. Five mulberry cultivars selected for the study were susceptible toPhyllactinia corylea. The monosaccharides are superior to polysaccharides as sources of carbon in all the cases.
