Important findings Mulberry leaves affected by powdery mildew were collected and analyzed for their nutritive value following standard methods of AOAC. Reduction in moisture content was observed in mildew affected leaf samples which ranged between 2.24% and 9.97% in S30 and Kanva-2 respectively. The protein loss ranged between 3.36% and 2.49% in Local and S36 respectively. Total minerals indicated a high value in mildew affected leaf samples. |
