Important findings Among the eight chemical treatments, Bavistin (50% WP), Captaf (5% EC) and Baycor (25% WP) at 0.05% concentration has given encouraging results and can be used as a post harvest spray to minimize the severity of the leaf spot disease by reducing the initial inoculum. Urea was also found at par with Bavistin, it can also be sprayed at 5%. Bavistin (50% WP), Captaf (5% EC) and Baycor (25% WP) at 0.05% can be sprayed as a post harvest spray to reduce the severity of leaf spot disease. |
